In general, gelatin is of animal origin, however there are some vegetable-based types. An example of this is agar-agar, which is the best known type. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you can also make the following recipes.
1. stuffed jelly
Shall we start with the stuffing? Take a bowl, put two sachets of strawberry gelatin and hydrate with water. Then mix well and wait until it's consistent. After that, take it to the microwave for 30 seconds or until the jello is liquid again. Wait to cool down.
In the blender, mix a cup of milk, a box of condensed milk, a box of cream and the dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth, then pour into a lightly oiled loaf tin. Refrigerate for an hour. Once this is done, prepare the gelatin according to the method described on the package.
After that time, unmold the stuffing and wait. Pour the gelatin into the mold. Done that, accommodate the stuffing in the jello. Sink some of the filling into the gelatin so that it can cover the base of the candy.
Now refrigerate for another four hours.
2. Ice cream made with gelatin
Prepare the gelatin of the flavor of your choice according to the preparation method described on the package and put it in the blender with a can of condensed milk and a can of cream. Beat for three minutes. Done that, put the mixture on a platter and leave it in the freezer for a few hours.
Remove from the freezer, cut into small pieces and beat them in the mixer for about ten minutes or until you form a fluffy cream. Put the cream in an ice cream pot or on a platter, then take it to the freezer for four hours.
3. jelly candy
Take a pan and add 200 ml of water, one sachet of colorless gelatin and one of the flavor of your choice. Mix and cook this over low heat, but don't let it boil. After a while, pour the mixture into ice molds and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours. Finally, unmold and try.
4. Duff jelly
Dilute two sachets of gelatin in 300 ml of boiling water. In the blender, add a can of condensed milk, 300 ml of milk, a box of cream and diluted gelatin, then beat well to mix. Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with oil, pour the pudding into it and freeze until consistency is reached.
After that, it's simple! Just unmold and enjoy.
