Banana Tea: The Secret to a Deep Night's Sleep

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of gelatin (flavor of your choice);
  • 1.5 cups of refined sugar tea;
  • 7 ripe and well-chopped nanic bananas;
  • Crystal Sugar.

Method of preparation

The recipe is quite simple, so it will require few steps. To begin with, in a pan, place 7 ripe bananas cut into small pieces, the refined sugar and the gelatin (no need to dissolve in water). Then stir them a lot until they start to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. It is important to remember that the longer you leave the mixture in the fire, the more consistent your banana jam should be.

Then grease a mold with butter and place the candy, spreading it in the thickness you prefer. If you want larger pieces, increase the thickness of the layers and vice versa. Finally, just put the candy in the fridge and leave it refrigerating overnight. Before serving, you can cut the pieces in the size and shape you prefer, sprinkling the granulated sugar at the end.
