It can be, yes! Although it is present in several products consumed in everyday life, such as chocolate, tea and soda, caffeine is found in greater concentration in coffee. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the amount of coffee consumed daily. As a stimulant, caffeine can impair the quality of sleep and bring problems to the digestive system, such as reflux and gastritis. But this is not to say that coffee should be avoided altogether. The recommendation is that adults drink up to five cups of coffee a day. For children over 2 years old (no coffee before!), drinking should only be done after a conversation with the pediatrician.
