NAME:

Galante's secret

Gallant Rooster is so excited!
He has a surprise for his wife, Dr. Cocoro. He found it while hunting for treasure.
– She will be very happy! - he thinks.
Galante carefully rolls a smooth white object over a small straw nest he has built.
He puts it on objects and fluffs the feathers.
'I'm doing a good job of keeping you warm,' he says, proud of himself.
'I should tell her soon,' he thinks. - Today.

Galante cannot keep the secret much longer.
Dr. Cocoró returns home from the clinic.
– Cocoró, come see what I got! – Galante exclaims.
He leads her to the nest.
– What is this business? – Cocoró says in surprise, when she sees him.
– It's an egg! We are going to have a puppy! Just like Coziness! – he exclaims.
– Oh, gallant. What a great idea! But I'm sorry, darling. This is not an egg. It's a ping-pong ball.
- What? exclaims Galante. He can't believe it.
– It's all right, Galante – softens Dr. Cocoro.
– It was a wonderful idea. Thank you!
And she gives you a big hug.
