NAME:
He was once a very wise lion. He ruled the jungle in a fair and just manner. One day, while flying over a nearby jungle, an eagle overheard some parrots saying that a flock of wild buffaloes planned to attack the jungle ruled by the lion.
The eagle told the lion what he heard. The lion asked her not to fear. He called all the animals in the jungle and told them to prepare for a war. The lion asked all the big animals to attack and fight, as they were healthy and strong. He called the horses, monkeys and birds to be alert and act as messengers. He advised all animals except the donkey and rabbit. The donkey and rabbit waited for instructions, but at that moment, the other animals started laughing at them. They called the donkey and rabbit useless. Suddenly, the lion roared and ordered everyone to stop laughing. He told the donkey that he had a loud voice and would be very useful for joining the troops. The lion said that the rabbit is capable of running fast. That way he could quickly carry messages from the lion king to the warriors. The lion told the animals that all were of equal importance. Hearing their king, the animals were embarrassed by the attitude.
