Experiences and observations made by experts show that it is possible for animals to feel joy, sadness, anger or jealousy like us. They don't speak, but seem to show feelings in certain actions. There are cases of elephants making sounds in front of the bones of dead relatives, as if they were mourning, and of buffaloes that glide on ice, apparently just for fun. Dogs, who live closely with humans, can express many emotions, such as fear and joy.
