The 65-year-old carpenter Kareem lives in the Jordan desert, where there is a refugee camp from the Syrian civil war. In addition to having left everything he built with his 14 children behind, the shelter where he lives is far from comfortable. But none of this shakes Grandpa, who uses his downtime to make toys from what he finds in the trash for his grandchildren and children in the neighborhood.
