Powerful Vitamin to Lower Cholesterol

The combination of bananas and oats already has known advantages, through these two ingredients it is possible to control bad cholesterol levels (LDL); Increases good cholesterol (HDL) levels. In this way, oats and bananas are great sources of soluble fiber and absorb fat to release it from the body.

  • A banana;
  • Two tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • Milk (if you prefer liquid use 300mL, if you prefer powdered milk use 3 tablespoons in 300mL of water).

The preparation method is very easy, you will only need to follow this step by step and with that your recipe will be ready in less than 5 minutes. However, to make a family recipe remember to double or triple all ingredients proportionately.

  • Remove the banana peels and cut it into slices;
  • Add the chopped banana to the milk (or powdered milk and water) and the oats into the blender and let it beat for at least 2 minutes;
  • Observe if the bananas were crushed, if the answer is positive, serve the vitamin in a glass;
  • Finally, don't forget that this is a delicious and nutritious recipe. That way, it doesn't mean that she is restricted to people with high cholesterol, i.e. the whole family can enjoy!
