NAME:

the cock and the snail

Armando cackled around the chicken coop. Suddenly, he saw a baby snail passing right in front of him.
– Don't eat me, please! – said Pablo, the snail. – I can't run.
“I'm not hungry,” Armando replied. – And besides, you're very small. I'll take you inside and make us a salad.
Pablo was so scared that he entered his shell when he saw Armando's beak approaching. But he soon smelled cabbage!

“I love this salad,” said Pablo, coming out of the shell.
“Make yourself at home,” Armando said. – And this eggshell is for you to sleep!
Armando was delighted when Pablo told him:
- Thank you very much! From today, we will be great friends!
