In a frying pan put oil to heat, when it is hot enough, carefully place the bananas and let them fry until golden.
Be careful with bananas in oil, they tend to fry very quickly, so be careful not to burn them.
Leave a plate with paper towel separate, as it will serve to absorb the fat from the banana. After frying, put the bananas on that plate.
After that, pass sugar on the bananas and sprinkle the cinnamon to taste and that's it!
It is advisable to serve the bananas while still warm, as the taste is more evident together with the cinnamon.
It is important to emphasize, be careful when handling the pan with hot oil, in addition to being dangerous, it can cause serious burns.
