Caixa Credit Card

A Caixa Econômica Federal is a financial institution, in the form of a public company, a reference in financial services, from financing, loans to savings, debit or credit cards.

Caixa Mastercard Nacional, which is the box credit card, is offered with two flags, Visa and Mastercard and Elo depending on the customer's needs. Learn more about this card:

Cash credit card benefits

  • Payment of your purchases in up to 40 days without interest;
  •  Installment without interest and without down payment. This condition is offered by some establishments;
  • Installment with interest in up to 48 months;
  • Installment of airline tickets and national packages;
  • Rotating financing system. You can finance the outstanding balance shown on the invoice after the minimum payment informed on the invoice. On the remaining balance to be paid in the next invoice, remuneration charges are levied. Revolving credit can only be used for 30 days. After this period, the outstanding balance plus charges will fully compose the Minimum Payment of the next invoice.

How to apply for a Caixa credit card?

You Caixa national credit cards are intended for people over 18 years old, or over 16 years old, emancipated or assisted by their father and with their own income, reference income from R$ 800.00.

For request the card, have the following documents at hand:

  • Documentation (originals and copies);
  • CPF;
  • Identity document;
  • Proof of income;
  • Proof of address.

Once separated, the documents must be taken to a Caixa agency of your choice, or one of the Caixa Aqui Correspondents. Once there, fill out and sign the forms required for membership.

Soon after, your proposal is submitted to a credit analysis. For domestic Caixa cards, the minimum limit for approval is R$800.00.

Caixa credit card annual fee

Annual fee (Visa and MasterCard): BRL 126.00 in 12 installments of BRL 10.50

Annuity (Elo): BRL 63.00 in 12 installments of BRL 5.25. 50% discount on the first annuity.

2nd copy of ticket

To issue a second copy of the bill, simply access the Caixa website and choose the desired option and issue.

Cashier credit card bill

You can access your current invoice, check your previous invoice, your future releases, your available balance, your credit limit, and also request additional cards and your CAIXA Virtual Card, via Internet Banking Caixa.

If you are not a Caixa account holder, simply enter your CPF and access code/password through from this link.

If you do not have a Caixa account and have not received the access code to Internet Services from your card, or even forgot the password, contact customer service cards box:
