As human life expectancy has progressively increased, it is common knowledge that, in order to achieve a healthier quality of life, it is necessary, among other aspects, a diet adequate to individual nutritional needs, emotional balance in the face of daily pressures and regular activity physics.

Swimming – as well as running and cycling – belongs to the family of endurance sports, favoring good blood circulation and strengthening the heart, in addition to constitute an excellent option for those who want not only to improve their physical conditioning, but also to relax, have fun and work on new emotional stimuli and bodily.
