Thus, this information ends up misleading consumers about the nature, characteristics and quality of these products, violating article 37 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and the prevention of advertising misleading.
Coca-Cola said the illustrations on Del Valle's Fresh line of labels reflect the raw materials in the drinks. The multinational also stated that, due to its commitment to transparency with the consumer, it all information about its ingredients, including the amount of juice present in the product, on the label appropriate.
