Priorities of the Duchess of Cambridge

Food contributes a lot to appearance, skin, silkier and nourished hair and cellulite reduction. In addition, she is directly linked to mind and body care, being a guarantee of an impeccable appearance.

With that in mind, Kate has always prioritized maintaining a consistent healthy lifestyle, including during her pregnancy – where she practiced light exercises like Yoga and maintained a diet rich in nutrients. This lifestyle guarantees her an impeccable appearance at the age of 40, making her more and more beautiful.

1. Practice physical exercises every day

She really likes to move her body and tries to work out at least 1 hour a day, in addition to running, thus working on her cardiovascular system. The Duchess's favorite exercise is the plank, which she says works all the muscles in her body.

Kate loves sports and is always looking to innovate. She practices cycling, rowing, yoga, CrossFit, sailing and many others.

3. Healthy diet

The Duchess of Cambridge maintains a healthy diet, rich in lean proteins, fruits and vegetables. This method of eating contributes to increased disposition, decreased stress and anxiety and improved sleep quality, in addition to preventing many diseases.

4. she loves to cook

Kate loves getting her hands dirty and cooking for her own family, opting for healthier, nutrient-dense meals.
