The entry amount for the financing is based on the worker's monthly income, the number of people who will participate in the financing, FGTS and whether the entry will be made in installments. The program proposes that the payment be between 5 and 10% of the value of the furniture.
4. Program changes in 2022
Caixa Econômica Federal, responsible for assisting the program in housing financing, announced that from September 2022 there will be a new deadline for real estate financing. Therefore, the term is increased from 30 to 35 years. With the increase in the term, it will be easier for families to dilute the value of the installments, thus generating a reduction of at least 5% in the value of the installment.
