This drink is different from the known cozumel, which is a mixture of beer and lemon juice. However, the beer caipirinha joins beer with the famous lemon caipirinha that everyone loves, and for that very reason it is sweeter.

This drink is perfect to make during a barbecue, dinner or even a feijoada. you can also choose to make your drink with a different distillate, such as vodka instead of liquor. Beer caipirinha

Ingredients:

• 2 lemons
• 300 ml of beer
• 100 ml of cachaça
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• ice if you feel the need

Method of preparation:

1. First, slice the two lemons still peeled in the middle and then each part into two parts of the same size;
2. Then take the sliced ​​lemon pieces and put them in a cocktail shaker;
3. Put the sugar together with the lemons and knead until a little juice comes out;
4. Then, put the cachaça of your choice, add the desired amount of ice and close the shaker;
5. Then shake with your hands, with up and down movements, to get well stirred;
6. Take a glass, put some more ice, and add the final liquid;
7. Finally, add the beer and it's ready to serve.

Tip: You can decorate the glass with pieces or slices of a lemon to have a more elaborate and pleasant drink!
