“If the extraordinary withdrawal credit is not automatically available, the worker will need to access the FGTS app, in the menu option 'EXTRAORDINARY WITHDRAWAL', confirm/complement your registration data and right after clicking on 'REQUEST WITHDRAWAL' to be able to release the amount", guides the Bank.
