To be able to receive the values of the Aid Brazil, Brazilians need to be considered as people in situation of poverty or extreme poverty, as they have a family income per individual of a maximum of R$ 210 monthly.
Those who are included in the emancipation rule, which would be when a member gets a job and the family income is higher, need that the income per person is up to R$ 525 per month.
The decision became valid at the beginning of this month, shortly after the publication of a normative instruction in the Official Gazette. As announced, three new categories will be part of this review, as they were called categories four, five and six by the Ministry of Citizenship.
This targeting process was defined through an ordinance published in February, also with norms to be able to be checked - periodically - the information of families that are eligible and also beneficiaries of the Auxílio Brasil that have registration in the CadUnique.
Anyone who does not fit these rules will stop receiving the value.
Still on the same subject, category four includes families that have already gone through the fine-tooth comb process in first half of this year and who were no longer entitled to receive the benefit, but returned to be part of the CadUnique. Among them, we can find citizens who already receive some benefit from the government, whether social security or assistance, such as retirement or Continued Provision Benefit (BPC).
The recipients will have this income cancelled.
As for the families that are included in category five, they need to update their records this September, otherwise they will also have their benefits blocked. Temporarily at first. About two months. However, they can also be canceled from the month of December.
In category six, it is already possible to find families with inconsistent data and failures in the CadÚnico, that is, the documents were not updated. For these cases, these people will have their reassessment done monthly and will only return to the register when the pending issue is resolved.
It is worth noting that the fine-tooth comb is also including the payment for gas assistance.
