In total, there will be 11 bank holidays that will take place on weekdays, and two other days when the working hours will be special. On recess days, bank branches will be closed on days February 20th and 21st, on the Monday and Tuesday of Carnival.

The guidance follows Resolution No. 4,880, of December 23, 2020, which does not consider Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays as business days for bank transactions.

In addition to bank holidays, two special days are part of the calendar. On February 22, on Ash Wednesday, service at branches will begin at noon, closing at normal hours (4 pm). In the case of branches that close before 3 pm, they will have the opening hours in advance, so that a minimum of face-to-face assistance can be guaranteed. On December 29, 2023, the branches ceased to function due to the celebration of the New Year festivities.
