While the Civil Servant Asset Formation Program (Pasep) will start paying civil servants from February 15th. However, pay attention to the established criteria for the payment to be released.
As the payments refer to the year 2020, the first criterion is that the worker has worked at least 30 days during that year. This goes for public or private sector servers. In general, workers who performed activities with a signed portfolio in 2020 will also receive.
In addition, this worker must have received an average of two monthly minimum wages also during 2020. However, pay attention to an important criterion: the worker must be enrolled in the PIS or Pasep for at least 5 years to be entitled to payments.
Not to mention that your data must be updated in the Social Information List (RAIS). In this case, you must charge your employer to review the registered information.
Domestic servants and rural and urban workers employed by individuals are excluded from the possibility of the allowance.
As for the amount, as long as you have worked 12 months in 2020, the payment will be a minimum wage (R$ 1,2012). If you have not completed one year of employment, the amount paid will be proportional to the number of months worked, at least one month.
The calendar for private sector workers who will receive the PIS starts on February 8th and runs until March 31st. For these, the date of birth was adopted as a criterion, so that the first to receive will be those born in January, and so on.
For public servants, payment begins on February 15 and continues until March 24. In this case, the criterion adopted for organizing the calendar is in accordance with the final number of the registration in Pasep. Thus, payments will begin with workers whose registration ends with 0 and so on, within the aforementioned date, up to number 9.
