When the citizen creates the account on the portal, usually through the online form of the Federal Revenue Service or the INSS, he starts with the bronze status. Thus, to increase the account level, it is necessary to access the Privacy/Seals of Trust section.

How to guarantee seals with facial validation?

Initially, you need to have the Gov.br application on your cell phone to scan a QR Code. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open Gov.br on your computer and look for the list of seals;
  2. Right after, click on the facial validation option;
  3. Afterwards, select the alternative “Generate QR Code”;
  4. Once this is done, open the Gov.br app on your cell phone and click on “Read QR Code”;
  5. Then point the camera, read it and tap “Face recognition” on the next screen;
  6. Finally, position the face in the highlighted area and wait for facial recognition. Shortly after this process, your stamp will be issued.

How to get stamps via SIGEPE?

  1. Access the option of Gov.br seals and select “Registration validated in a database of public servants of the Union” to continue;
  2. Soon after, fill in your SIGEPE CPF and password to complete the process.

How to guarantee stamps through Internet Banking?

  1. Enter the Gov.br portal and access the reliability seals;
  2. Then select the Internet Banking options;
  3. Once this is done, look for your financial institution and select. Then, a new page will open so you can access your bank's Internet Banking;
  4. Finally, grant access to your account to issue the badge.

Finally, once the change at the account level is complete, just wait for the established date to check the value available for withdrawal, return to the SVR website, use the Gov.br login to access the system and finally request the transfer.
