Dog breeds that pass gas the most

  • pug

Who would have thought that such a small and docile little dog could fart at the level of a big dog! Many caregivers are even surprised to realize that such a strong bad smell is coming from such a small and harmless animal. Apparently, pugs end up farting a lot because they are brachycephalic type dogs, who tend to swallow a lot of air.

  • golden retrievers

Going from a small puppy to a big one! Goldens release a lot of gas, but for no apparent reason. But, some owners say that food can interfere, and physical exercises can help him have less gas.

  • Doberman

Dobermans tend to have a lot of gas, especially when they are puppies, so the issue may improve over time. Like Pugs, the Doberman seems to be very susceptible to bloating and, consequently, to gas, which can pollute the house.
