Just as cars need gasoline to run, you as a human also need to eat and drink to survive. Your relationship with food should be friendly from an early age. Look at it, smell it, taste it, see it as a gas for your body. An essential nutrient consumed in the wrong way can become harmful.
Without food or water, how are we going to have enough energy to walk around and function properly? Thus, the message we leave is, in addition to healthy eating, drinking a lot of water, which is essential for our body to survive!
