It depends on the current average price of the kitchen gas cylinder. The value of the gas voucher corresponds to half the average value of the 13 kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder. That way, if the value of the cylinder is R$ 120, for example, the money received in the benefit will be R$ 60.
It is important to point out that, after Constitutional Amendment nº 123 of July 14, 2022, the payment of an extraordinary installment of the benefit, bimonthly and between the period from July 1st to September 31st December 2022. In this way, every two months, families will receive the full value of the 13 kg cylinder.
This should only last as long as it is within the period of validity determined by the constitutional amendment.

The family must be registered in the Single Registry (CadÚnico). Just remembering that being registered does not guarantee the family's automatic entry into the gas aid program, as the selection is made every two months and electronically, obeying the priorities defined by the Ministry of Citizenship.
