Once upon a time there was an old king, he was so old that he had to stay in the palace all the time, he couldn't leave and he started to feel bored.
Only the king had a beautiful daughter who was worried about her father. She was afraid her father would get sick if she was sad for too long. Then, one day, she got a nice goose for the king. The king watched the goose swimming in the palace lake all day to entertain himself, the goose also caught fish from the lake for the king, and so the goose entertained the king for many years. But the goose also began to age, he could no longer swim all day in the lake or catch fish for the king. The king was bored again, there was no one to entertain him. He liked his goose so much that he didn't want a new goose, so the king would get sad and sit by the lake with his goose.
One day, a young man arrived at the king's palace and said:
– Your Majesty, I can make your goose young again.
The king was surprised to hear this.
– How would it be possible? - He asked.
- My king, I know a way to turn old things into new - Said the boy.
When the king heard this statement from him, he wished to test him. He asked his soldier to bring an old rug, and in the blink of an eye, the young man turned the old rug into new one. The king was very happy, he asked the boy to make his goose young again.
– My king, what would Your Majesty give me in return? - Asked the boy.
- I will give you anything you ask - Said the king.
And so the king's goose was brought. The boy said a few words and then threw the goose in the air. The goose was young again!
- I would like to get tired of your beautiful daughter.
The king agreed and soon the princess was married to the boy. And when the king retired, the boy became the next king.
