It is now possible to consult the Emergency Aid retroactive on the Dataprev portal. In the year 2022, however, the process received updates and changes were established by the company in order to check the status of the benefit.

Among all the novelties, we observed important changes in the way in which the service is carried out. Now it is no longer possible to consult Emergency Aid only with a CPF, as you will see below.

A question we have heard a lot from Brazilians who received the government benefit in 2020 and 2021 is: “Will there be Emergency Aid in 2022?”

In fact, transfers are being carried out this year, but that does not mean the continuity of the program in 2022. The new emergency aid payments are the result of the retroactive installments of 2020, that is, those that should have been paid in that year.

The group that was contemplated in this new shipment that is being released is that of single parents who are heads of household who were enrolled in CadÚnico at the time. The amounts to be paid depend only on the number of installments that were not redeemed in 2020 and can vary between R$ 600 and R$ 3,000.

Still regarding the Emergency Aid consultation, it can no longer be carried out only with a CPF number. This is because Dataprev updated the aid balance query rules. Before, the service could only be accessed with the holder's CPF, date of birth, full name and mother's name. Now, a single account at gov.br is required, where the beneficiary must log in and consult the Emergency Aid on the Dataprev Portal.

To access the new aid query form, simply follow the steps below:

• Access the Emergency Aid consultation portal;
• Click on “Entrar com gov.br”;
• Login or register with CPF and password;
• If this is your first access to the portal, authorize the use of data.

After carrying out all the steps described above, it will be possible to view the status of the benefit on the Dataprev website.
