Luke and the top

Luke arrived at the school holding a small box. All his friends immediately wanted to know what it was, but he didn't show it. At recess, Luke took his new top from the box and spun it among his friends.
- Great! Can I rotate? - They all said at the same time.
But Luke wouldn't let anyone take it. Only he made the pawn rotate. So, it didn't take long for everyone, little by little, to go out and play with something else. When he realized, Luke was alone with his top.

When class was over, Luke took his colored top from the box again and turned it, but no one paid any attention.
– Hey, Pongo! Do you want to try? I lend you! – Luke told the teddy that was beside him.
Pongo thought that was a little strange, but accepted it. Luke offered the top for the other teddy bears to play as well and even helped those who couldn't make the toy spin.
Around the top, Luke beamed, realizing that it's more fun to have lots of friends than a new toy.
