Oatmeal is a very nutritionally rich cereal, it has fibers that help in the proper functioning of the intestine and therefore help to prevent colon cancer. In addition, beta-glycans help to lower cholesterol levels.

Another benefit of oatmeal is the reduction of blood sugar, glycemia. This is due to the effect of the fibers, which make the absorption of carbohydrates slower and then the blood glucose levels are better. Thus, it is an excellent food for diabetic people.

Furthermore, if you want to lose weight, oatmeal is a great ally for this process, as it promotes satiety for longer, that is, it delays hunger.

Now that you know some of the benefits of oatmeal, let's go to the blender bread recipe. Preparation takes around 1 hour and the yield is enough to fill a loaf pan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of tea full of oat bran;
  • 1 tablespoon of biological yeast;
  • 2 cups of tea with oat flour;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 and ½ cup of warm water tea;
  • 3 teaspoons of honey;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • 1 handful of rolled oats (for decoration);
  • Butter.

Method of preparation:

First put the water, honey and oil in the blender, add part of the bran, flour and salt, beat at medium speed, switch off and add the rest of the ingredients. At that time, also add the yeast, beat again until the dough looks smooth, as if it were a cake dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes, grease a mold with butter and spread the rolled oats. Done that, put the dough and wait while the oven heats up.

Put it to bake for half an hour and then check if the bread is golden. That's the ideal point, when you're like this you can turn off the fire.

After ready, just wait to cool down and serve with the accompaniments of your preference!
