INSS starts payment of the second installment of the 13th today (25)

Those who had their benefits granted from May or some other month of 2022 will receive their 13th in a single account in November of this year.

Retirees and pensioners from the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), will start receiving the second installment for the 13th this Wednesday (25).

Those who had their benefits granted from May or some other month of 2022 will receive their 13º into a single account in November of this year.

Retirees and pensioners will receive 50% of the full value of the benefit, however, the second installment may be discounted from the Income tax in the situations listed below:

• Retirees who are 64 years old or younger and receive a salary greater than R$ 1,903.98 per month of benefit;
• Retirees who are 65 years old or older and receive a salary greater than R$ 3,807.93 per month of benefit.

Those retirees and pensioners who are not within the situations mentioned above will receive their amounts in full, without any discount.

Who is entitled to the 13th INSS salary?

Those who will receive second portion of the 13th salary of the National Institute of Social Security:

• Those retired by age, contribution time, disability and special;
• Those who receive a death benefit;
• Those who receive sick pay;
• Those who receive Accident Allowance;
• Those who receive Maternity Salary;
• Those who receive Allowance-seclusion.

Who is a beneficiary of Benefit of Continuous Provision of the Organic Law of Social Assistance (BPC/LOAS) and the Lifetime Monthly Income (RMV) no will be entitled to receive the installments of the 13th salary.
