NAME:
The brothers Nico and Carlos were walking along the road in a very good mood. Suddenly they saw a rope.
– It's just the right thing to jump rope! - Nico thought as he went to grab her.
– It's just what I need to tie my bike to a tree! - Carlos thought. And she jumped to get it.
They both grabbed an end of the rope and started fighting over it. None of them were willing to lose. So they started pulling her with all their might.
After pulling and pulling, the rope snapped in half. Nico fell into the mud and Carlos ended up in the ditch.
Their grandfather was watching the boys from a distance. As they got up from the dirt, Grandpa walked over to them and said:
– Boys, fights are not good for anyone. You could have easily taken turns with the rope, but now it's no good for either of you.
The boys were flushed with embarrassment and decided to share their stuff in the future.
