Have you ever heard a rock band sing in Gaelic? Have you ever read or watched something about King Arthur and the famous Knights of the Round Table? Do you know the character Asterix the Gaul?
If your answer to any of these questions was “yes”, know that, in some way, you have already come into contact with a civilization as ancient as it is fascinating: the civilization of the Celts. In addition to being warriors, the Celts were great artists, standing out both in literature and in sculpture, in jewelry, metallurgy and ceramics. Its cultural heritage is still alive in Europe today.
