Created by the Federal Government, the Inclusion Aid is distributed by the Ministry of Citizenship and is intended for Brazilians who have a disability and are (or have been for at least 5 years) part of the Continuous Provision Benefit (BPC).

Arranged in Ordinance Dirben/INSS N 949, of November 18, 2021, the benefit provides for more autonomy for people with disabilities. For this, it offers a payment of half the minimum wage to beneficiaries, which currently corresponds to the amount of R$ 606.00. In this way, people with some type of disability are encouraged to find paid activities without losing income.
Any citizen who received the BPC in the last 5 years is entitled to the Inclusion Aid. However, it is also required that informal activities have been the main source of income during that same period, with an income lower than or equal to at least two minimum wages.

If you meet these requirements, just ask for help through the Meu INSS website or app. It is also possible to request through the call center 135, with service available from Monday to Saturday.
To make the request through the app, available for Android and iOS, just log in to platform, search for the “new request” option and type the name of the service or benefit you want order. Then, select the “service” or “benefit” option and fill in your details. After following these steps, your profile will undergo an analysis that can be followed in the “Check Orders” section.
