
On November 20th, the Government put into practice another benefit to help families in poverty. Auxilio Brasil is a program that should replace Bolsa Família and its values were disclosed on November 8 through Decree No. 10,852.
The Minister of Citizenship, João Roma, confirms that the benefit does not have an end date and around 17 million families should benefit from the program. The payment schedule for Auxilio Brasil begins in November and December 2021 and will be in accordance with the final NIS number.

The aid will promote a 20% adjustment in the current values of the Bolsa Família. So those who received R$200 reais, will be able to receive R$240 reais.
The average value of the benefit will be R$217.18 in November.
There is another government plan planned to help families in extreme poverty, which provides for a minimum payment of R$400 reais. This applies in specific cases.
All families receiving care from the Bolsa Familia were automatically migrated to the Brazil Aid. Families that were not part of the Bolsa Familia but were part of the Cadastro Único were put on a waiting list.
Auxilio Brasil will be delivered at the same delivery points as Bolsa Família, for example, withdrawing from branches or bank terminals.
The Ministry of Citizenship has made available some access channels aimed at communication and thus solving the doubts of many. Therefore, consult the Auxilio Brasil through the CPF through a call made by the number 121 or 0800 426 0207.
