Pizza In Blender

This recipe is considered easy, has a preparation time of 30 minutes and can yield up to 10 servings. Check ingredients!

Ingredients

For this recipe you will need:

Pasta

  • 1 cup of milk tea;
  • 1 egg;
  • Salt - 1 tsp;
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Margarine or butter - 1 tablespoon;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour tea;
  •  Baking powder – 1 dessert spoon;
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

Stuffing (Suggestion)

  • 250 g of grated mozzarella;
  • 2 tomatoes in slices;
  • chopped olive;
  • oregano to taste;

Method of preparation

  1. First, in a blender beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine or butter, wheat flour and baking powder until everything is well mixed;
  2. Soon after, pour the beaten dough into a pizza pan greased with margarine or butter and take it to the preheated oven for about 20 minutes;
  3. After that time, remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the surface of the already baked pasta;
  4. Then, cover the dough with the grated mozzarella, the tomato slices and oregano to taste;
  5. Finally, take it back to the oven until the mozzarella melts.

Done all that, now just serve! Sure everyone will love it! In addition, you can choose to freeze the pizzas without baking.
