O Whatsapp is an instant messaging application available for smartphones and other devices. It allows users to send text, audio, image and video messages to others who have the app installed on their devices.
The application still cannot be used on two cell phones at the same time, however, there is a simple trick available in the “linked devices” function that can make this possible.

For this to be possible, smartphones must have an Android operating system and that one of them has a screen of more than 600 DPI (dots per inch, or “dot per inch”, in translation direct).
The idea here is that they are recognized as a tablet by the system.
There is a possibility to use an iPhone (iOS) device as the main device and a mobile phone android as a secondary. The daily backup of messages and files, however, can only be done on the main device.
Step by step to add Whatsapp on 2 devices
To get started, the first step is to access developer options on Android. Within “Settings”, go to the “About phone” field and tap on “Software information”.
After that, you need to tap on “Build number” to enable the configuration. The user also needs to adjust the screen's DPI for the scheme to work.
This can be done within the “Settings” field and then under “System”. You need to click on “Developer Options” and change the minimum width, leaving it at 600.
On the other device, install the WhatsApp app. After that, the app will request a QR Code, available on the main device.
Then, on the main device, open WhatsApp and click on “Settings”. Afterwards, tap on “Linked devices” and press on “Link a device” to read the code displayed on the secondary device.
After synchronization, you need to change the secondary phone's display settings.
Go to “Settings”, then “Developer options” and “Minimum width” to reset the value original, that is, with the right size, which will make WhatsApp work as if it were on the device "standard".
This whole procedure will make the two devices work simultaneously.
