The partnership between the retailer Magazine Luiza and XP Inc aims to reach around 60 million Brazilians. In this sense, four different courses will be offered, which can be purchased in a combo, for a total amount of R$ 177.75.
The four modules made available were entitled Money without taboo: limiting beliefs; The financial beabá; Financial balance; and The power of financial self-knowledge. With this, the intention of the two companies is to enable the democratization of access to financial education for Brazilians.
Users interested in purchasing courses should look for titles in the Magalu application. As for the materials, they will be available on the ComSchool platform. Therefore, the user enters through the Magazine Luiza application and is redirected to the company's education platform.
Thiago Godoy, responsible for the financial education area at Xpeed, has already stated that the partnership between Magalu and Xpeed School should reach other formats and modalities, in order to allow more people to benefit from the contents and, thus, deal better with their lives financial.
This is especially relevant because Brazilians are increasingly moving the stock market. In fact, the number of Brazilian investors on B3 (the Brazilian stock exchange) reached 5 million in January 2022.
This data indicates an increase of 700% in relation to the total number of investors (individuals) who were part of the Exchange in 2017, for example. Anyway, the trend for the coming years is that more and more people are attracted by this type of investment.
