Consulting the benefit provided by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) is a task for many retirees and pensioners. However, to carry out this activity, policyholders need their registration number.
However, due to the large number of beneficiaries, the INSS decided to offer another way of accessing the data, using the Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF). So check this article how to consult the INSS benefit by CPF.

Consultation of INSS benefits can be done through the body's website, application or Call Center. In addition, it is also possible to obtain statements and proof of payments on these platforms.
Furthermore, the three consultation categories do not require the beneficiary to travel to the nearest branch. That's because everything can be done in the comfort of your home in a simple and practical way, by computer or cell phone. See below!
Accessing the INSS website is one of the simplest. Simply search the official INSS website using your browser, enter your CPF and log in to the page through the “gov.br” register.
If you have not registered on this platform, just click on the “Register” option and fill in all the personal data requested. Finally, complete the registration, and you will have access to this and several other government services.
The Meu INSS app is one of the new consultation methods and you can find it in your cell phone store, available for Android and iOS. Download the app, open the program and enter your INSS CPF and password. You will then be redirected to the Meu INSS home screen, with various information about your benefit.
Contacting the INSS Service Center to acquire information is done through the number 135. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the opening hours, which are from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 10 pm.
When talking to the attendant, just inform your CPF number so that the data is provided. But stay tuned! The Call Center does not make calls to the beneficiary, so if they contact you claiming to be from the INSS, do not pass on your information.
