Loans at Caixa Tem

This new modality of Caixa Tem is aimed at people who want to undertake or already have a business. With that, Caixa Econômica Federal released loans for Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs) in the amount of up to R$ 3 thousand.

Individuals can also receive a credit limit of up to R$ 1 thousand. Check the conditions:

For those who are individuals:

  • Limit: up to BRL 1 thousand;
  • Interest rate: from 1.95% per month;
  • Term: up to 24 months (two years);
  • Negative: can participate;
  • Request: via the Caixa Tem app.

For those who are MEI:

  • Limit: up to BRL 3 thousand;
  • Interest rate: from 1.99%;
  • Term: up to 24 months (two years);
  • Negative: can participate;
  • Request: in person at Caixa branches.

Is it worth hiring the service?

Observing interest rates of 1.95% to 1.99% per month, some experts, when comparing with some lines of credit, claim that this one has the lowest values. However, they are still among the highest.

In this way, it is necessary to be careful when applying for a loan, as well as asking yourself the real need and whether that money will make a difference in any way. Borrowing to pay bills with higher interest rates can be a good option. Check the options and see if it's really worth it.

When it comes to financial organization and not indebtedness, experts agree with the credit application.
