“The concept of inequality is an umbrella that encompasses different types, from inequality of opportunity to inequality in education, income, gender, etc. In general, economic inequality, the best known, is called social inequality, given by the unequal distribution of income. In Brazil, social inequality has been a visiting card for the world, as it is one of the most unequal countries.”
How hungry is there in our world
And also slave and child labor
Which exists in Africa and Central America
But they also happen here in Brazil
How much money is given to bankers
How much money is given to the already rich
Some crumbs given to the poor
They say it harms public property
This is the great evil of our population
Don't know the rich embezzle millions
While the poor count pennies
I always revolt with this situation
Because the media only sees it as a good deed
What you do for the pads
→ The texts above mention the inequality that exists in Brazil. The poem portrays that inequality is the mother of injustice, as long as it exists, the world will live in imbalance, where a few have a lot and many have little.
A poem is a literary work usually presented in verses and stanzas. Verse is a succession of syllables or phonemes that form a rhythmic and melodic unit, corresponding to a line of the poem. The verses are organized into stanzas and stanza is a grouping of verses.
