Banco Itaú offers its service channels for accessing card services with partners. Thus, to request a duplicate of the invoice, just enter the website, application or email.
To access the duplicate of the invoice through the application, you must do the
download the Itaucard application in the smartphone app store, Apple Store or Google Play.Then, open the application, click on “I am already an Itaucard customer”. Enter your card number and card password.
Click on “Access” and perform a small registration, providing the required information.

To do so, open your e-mail account and create a new message, in the menu option “Write” or “New message”.
In the recipient type: [email protected] and in the subject “Invoice”. It will be necessary, in the body of the message, to inform your CPF and the last 4 digits of the card.
Send this email and within 1 business day you will receive a response via email with your invoice.
