ProUni: Registration to compete for scholarships is now available

Registration is open for the second edition of the University for All Program in 2022 (ProUni). Students interested in scholarships for higher education can access the ProUni website and enroll in the program until this Thursday, August 4th. Students interested in partial scholarships (50%) or full scholarships (100%) at several private universities can apply for ProUni for the second half of 2022. However, students must have passed the National High School Examination (Enem) and have obtained at least 450 points in each subject of the exam. In addition, the student cannot have zeroed the writing test or have taken the assessment as a trainee.

The list of pre-selected candidates and the results will be made available on program website and will include two calls, which will take place, so far, on the 8th and 22nd of August.

Understand the change in competition mode

One of the novelties of this ProUni round is that entries must be submitted through one of two competition modalities: extensive competition or affirmative statements. Therefore, there will be an order of priority for each method of ranking the candidates who have applied.

Another change is the student's desire to compete for ProUni scholarships being expanded beyond their original academic standards. The ranking will take into account the type of competition the student chooses when enrolling in a course, shift, location of offer or institution. Within each type of competition, the following order must be respected:

• Teacher in the public education network, only for teaching and pedagogy courses designed to prepare students for teaching basic education;
• Student who completed high school entirely in a public institution;
• Student who completed high school partially in a public school and partially in a private institution, with or without the requirement of financial aid;
• Student who completed high school entirely at a private institution with the condition of being a full-time financial assistant at that institution and;
• Student who has completed the entire high school curriculum in a private institution, either with the condition of partial financial aid from the competent institution or without financial aid.
