Making decisions can be a difficult and stressful task. When we are faced with a situation where we cannot decide between “yes” or “no”, it can be frustrating.

Preparation

Before starting the test, find a quiet place where you can concentrate. Close your eyes for a moment and take a few deep breaths to calm your mind and body.

Then formulate a clear and direct question in your mind related to the decision you need to make.

test execution

1. hand position

Stretch your arms out in front of you and bring the tips of the index fingers and thumbs of both hands together, forming a circle with your hands. Then intertwine the circles, as if making a chain.

Hold your hands in this position for a few seconds while you focus on the question you have asked.

2. observation of the fingers

At that moment, force both hands, as if trying to break the chain. Note which finger is firmer and more resistant.

Interpretation of results

  1. If the ring gets stuck: Indicates a positive answer, a “yes”.
  2. If the circle breaks, it represents a negative answer, a “no”.

Additional considerations

It is important to remember that the answer will not always be clear or immediate. In some cases, there may be slight resistance in both fingers or it may be difficult to distinguish which one is stronger.

At these times, repeat the test a few times or try to relax even more to connect with your intuition.

This is not an exact science.

Remember that this test is not a science accurate, but rather a tool to help access your intuition and make decisions with more confidence.

It is important to also consider other relevant factors, such as objective information, opinions of trusted people and your own experiences.

Don't limit yourself to "yes" or "no"

It is essential to remember that not all decisions can be reduced to a simple “yes” or “no”. Some situations may require a more complex approach and deeper analysis.

Therefore, use this test as an additional tool in your decision-making process, but not as your sole source of guidance.

It's worth trying the test

Trying out this simple finger test can be an interesting way to access your intuition and gain valuable insights.

Don't forget to trust yourself and your own judgment, but be open to considering different perspectives. With practice and patience, you can improve your ability to make decisions with more clarity and confidence.
