Since 2014, when it was launched on the market, Nubank has managed to attract the attention of young people. And this came as a result of investments, especially in the issue of digital handling of the application, as the intention was already to be a 100% digital bank.
Currently, roxinho continues to be the Brazilian leader when it comes to financial technology, which consolidates the fact that the Nubank is the preferred bank among young people.

The research carried out by Mambu was able to confirm what is seen in markets, stores and restaurants: nubank is the bank most used by young people. According to the survey “The State of Young Adult Banking in the Region”, Nubank managed to retain the loyalty of young people between 18 and 35 years old.
In this way, traditional banks still stand out among the oldest, or those that have old accounts linked to companies. However, the Nubank account is considered a lot among the new generation, who even make their first registration at a financial institution at finetech.
Therefore, Nubank gets 28.5% of this group and has an advantage of more than ten percentage points from second place, Caixa Econômica Federal, with 12.5%. In addition, other digital banks with a similar format appear on the list, such as Banco Inter (5.9%), PagBank (4.4%) and C6 Bank (2.4%).
There are several reasons that ensure that Nubank reaches this place of popularity and acceptance, especially among young people. After all, in addition to the practicality of the language and technology already mentioned, Nubank also offers credit facilities, including clearance for negative people.
Thus, when someone is denied credit, the bank makes available a small credit range, if the user reserves a certain amount for the payment. With this, the bank attracts young people who still do not have a high enough score on the SPC Serasa, or even a negative group. And all this without the slightest need to deal with the bureaucracy commonly present in more traditional financial institutions.
