Bolsa Família is back and in a few days the beneficiaries will continue to count on the financial aid that the Government provides.
For those who don't know, this is the largest income transfer program in the country and currently benefits more than 21 million families with incomes of up to R$218 per person.

Pursuant to changes reaffirmed in recent program changes, all beneficiaries must receive at least R$600 per month, and may also count on additional ones to raise the amount received.
Now, Bolsa Família offers additional benefits that further increase the value of the program.
The first is the Early Childhood Benefit, an increase of R$150 for children up to six years old. This permanent bonus was instituted in March and represents a great help for families who need to take care of their little ones.
In addition, the Government also has the Gas Aid, another program that can help alleviate household expenses.
Paid every two months, this aid corresponds to 100% of the average price of a 13-kilogram gas cylinder, calculated by the ANP (National Petroleum Agency).
Although not exactly an addition, this financial help can be essential for those looking to save on monthly bills.
We remind you that, in order to receive it, you must pay attention to the payment dates. Last month, each beneficiary received R$110 to buy cooking gas and there will be no transfers in May. But stay tuned!
The federal government also announced a new addition to Bolsa Família: the Variable Family Benefit.
With it, pregnant women and children from 7 to 18 years old will receive an additional R$50 per month. Although payments only start in June, millions of families will see a significant increase in their income next month.
