The “Ethics and Tax Citizenship” course is aimed at the general public. Its content seeks to determine knowledge about taxation, State responsibilities, in addition to contemplating the exercise of citizenship. Improving, in this way, the perception of public management and fiscal responsibility.
“ITCMD – Procedures” is the name given to the course, with a workload of 10 hours, aimed at lawyers, notary officers, students and others interested in fiscal and tax issues. Questions related to the Tax on Transmission Cause Mortis and Donations (ITCMD) will be addressed, more specifically, the procedures necessary for calculating this tax.
With the aim of creating a harmonious relationship between the State and society and adding essential knowledge about tax, taxes and public spending, Fazesp also offers the course “Public Budget, Social Control and Citizenship Supervisor". Topics such as control of public spending and transparency in the application of resources will be addressed. Classes will give notions about the importance of the public budget and control of expenses.
At the end of each module, the student is directed to a kind of test, having to score 70% correctly in order to obtain the certificate.
