The moment you make a TED or DOC, you are prompted for a number.
In case of Bank of Brazil, the code for TED or DOC is 1.
This information must be cautiously filled, as some wrong information or number (like the bank number), causes the DOC or TED to be returned and, therefore, in case of payment of bills, the debt will be considered as unpaid, that is, there is the possibility of the creditor charging interest and fines.
In addition to the bank code, the branch, current account number and CPF or CNPJ must be verified for the procedure to occur correctly.
The time for TED to fall on the same day is from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Bank of Brazil. In case of TED transfer made after 5:00 pm, the amount will be credited to the account only on the following business day.
