Step by step to query and redeem

• Access the website valorareceber.bcb.gov.br on the date and period informed.
• Log in with your Gov.br account (silver or gold level).
• Read and accept the Disclaimer.
• See:

a) the amount to be received;
b) the institution that must return the amount;
c) the origin (type) of the amount to be received; It is
d) additional information, when applicable.

• Click on the option that the system indicates:

a) “Request here” indicates that the institution will return the amount via Pix, within a period of up to 12 working days:

• select one of the Pix keys and enter personal data;
• keep the protocol number in case you need to contact the institution.

b) “Request via institution” indicates that the institution will not return the Pix within a period of up to 12 working days, and for this reason, contact should be made via telephone or e-mail to agree on how to return the value.

What if I miss the redemption date?
