Step by step to apply for the new Neon credit card

1. Get the app (Google Play / play store) In your cellphone.
2. Access the application and click on “Open account”.
3. Select the option “I have read and agree with the terms of use and the privacy policy” and start the registration.

4. Enter your CPF and proceed.
5. Enter your full name and select your gender.
6. Fill in your date of birth and proceed.
7. Add your email and confirm.
8. Write your mother's full name and once again go to the next one.
9. Enter the zip code of your address and move on.
10. Complete with home address information and continue.
11. Register a password to access the Neon application. But remember that the password cannot be your date of birth, it cannot have more than 3 sequential numbers or repeated digits. Repeat the procedure and confirm.
12. Add your mobile number with the DDD and proceed.
13. Enter the verification code sent to your email and the number and move on.
14. This is the identification step in which you will need to send a photo of yourself, the famous selfie. Remember to remove accessories, such as a hat, cap and glasses, and choose a well-lit place to register. If the photo is not good, you can take another one, until you reach the one you consider ideal.
15. Declare your monthly income and click next;
16. Send a legible photo of your personal identification document (RG or CNH).
17. Select the address or fill in a new one for credit card delivery, which will be done during business hours and requires someone to be present.
18. Register your signature with your index finger positioned on the screen. It needs to be similar to the identification document.
19. Ready! Now, you have to wait for the registration analysis. But you can rest assured that the approval notice is sent in the application itself.
20. If your account is approved, you can now access the application and select the “Credit” tab.
21. Click on “Request credit card” and wait for the request to be analyzed, which will be answered within 30 days.
