As a requirement for vacancies, interested parties must complete their graduation between July 2020 and July 2021. They also need to register on the program's recruitment website and, from there, undergo an online collective assessment and a face-to-face collective assessment with a final interview. The program's workload is flexible, 20, 30 or 40 hours per week.
Those approved in the admission stages receive, among other benefits, an internship scholarship compatible with market value, medical assistance, life insurance, meal vouchers, cafeteria at the industrial units, transport or charter vouchers at the industrial units (at the Limeira unit, the company provides assistance fuel).
The program also makes GymPass available at the Faria Lima and São Bernardo do Campo Office units, and an extra internship grant for those who put into practice their own project that makes a difference in the company.
