The company's target is to attract more black students to opportunities, and the target is to hire 33%, a number that corresponds to the average 32.5% of black university students, according to data from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) from 2017.

The selection will take into account the following conditions:
Natura provides a grant of R$1,400 for students who are in the first year of the program and R$1,600 for the second year.
In addition, the company offers many benefits to its interns. See below:
Anyone who signs up for the selection process will go through a 100% digital first phase. When entering the website 99.jobs, the candidate will be directed to a culture compatibility and logical reasoning test via chatbot (computer program that tries to simulate a human being in conversation with people), represented by the HR intern Rodolfo.
The character will conduct the interaction through videos and answer questions to accompany the candidate throughout the application.
Those selected in this phase will have two development opportunities. The first is an online game to learn more about us and receive behavioral feedback.
The second is a face-to-face stage in which candidates, as a group, will work to find an impactful solution to a real socioeconomic problem of our Beauty Consultants. During the development of the task, tips will be given to help those who pass to the final phase.
As the objective of the selection process is also to contribute to the development of each participant, all candidates will be informed of the result and receive individual feedback on the same day. The new group of interns starts working with us in August 2019.
Those chosen for the face-to-face phase will have the possibility to participate in a preparatory event – and optional – with the aim of bringing more peace of mind to the candidate.
In addition to knowing more about our business culture, the person will be able to ask questions about the selection day. She will even receive individual mentoring with tips, for example, on how best to make a personal presentation.
If you are interested in the opportunity, it is agile, collaborative and integrated, apply for Natura's selection process through the recruiter's website 99 jobs. Applications are open until June 14th. Good luck!
